  • Return Standards: ­­Items for exchange must be in their original condition, unused or unworn, with tags, not damaged and packaging intact. All items will be reviewed and approved for replacement.

Non-returnable Items

  • Exclusions: Personalized, customized, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange. This exclusion ensures the integrity of unique and final sale products.

Discounted Purchases

  • Price Adjustment: If exchanging an item bought at a discounted price or with a promotional code, you will be responsible for covering any price differences.

Returns and Cancellations

Exchange Details

  • Same Model Exchange: We allow exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
  • Cost Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items for exchange, including shipping and any price differences.
  • Exchange Period: The exchange must be completed within two weeks from the date of approval to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
  • International Exchanges: Customers outside the UAE must cover all shipping costs for exchanges, including the return of the original item and the shipment of the new item.
  • Modifications and Additions: Items that have been altered or personalized are not eligible for exchange to ensure product integrity.
